It is something of a pleasure to drive and discover that Belgium is not flat, and that the Ardennes are truly beautiful with some marvellous and interesting towns and villages, which gives you the option of taking your car via Eurotunnel.
If you don't fancy the drive, there are plenty of flights theses days from regional airports to Brussels, Liege and Charleroi, and even Maastricht in Holland. If you don't fancy car hire, Belgium has a rail service that actually works, and you can get to Brussels on the Eurostar from London.
