Flexible Vouchers
'Open-dated Vouchers' are valid for 9 months and enable the recipient to book a time and date of their choice. Alternatively you can request a voucher for a 'Fixed date' and subject to availability we will arrange for the recipients surprise on a date of your choice!
If the recipient would prefer a different experience to the one purchased we can exchange or upgrade the gift voucher.
The Activity Gift Pack
Every order arrives in an unmarked envelope containing an immaculately presented colour pack. The pack itself comprises a personalised gift certificate, gift voucher, maps and activity overview sheet detailing what to expect, what to wear and any relevant instructions.
Hassle Free Activities
There is nothing more annoying than hidden extras, which is why our packages include everything from safety equipment, overalls, instruction and any necessary memberships to governing organisations.
Spectators
Spectators are more than welcome and usually there is no additional charge. In some cases a nominal spectator payment may be required with the price usually covering the cost of food and refreshments. Spectators need to be booked in advance through the Gifts Team. You will find further information regarding this in your gift pack.
