  Is the site Landside or Airside?: Airside (Main Terminal)
• What is Landside?: Landside lounges are situated before Passport Control and can be used by those not travelling.
• What is Airside?: Airside lounges situated after Passport Control & can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card,
• Directions to site: Through Passport Control, turn left and left again through double doors. The lounge is on your right hand side.
• Earliest Arrival: Monday - Sunday 0600 hours.
• Arrival before Booked time: Entry time into the lounge is 3 hours prior to your scheduled time of departure.
• Lounge Closing Time: Monday - Sunday 2130 hours
• Dress Code: Smart casual dress code (no baseball caps,shorts,football shirts)Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
• Is smoking permitted in the site?: No
• Are Children/Infants permitted?: Children over 12yrs are permitted.
• Can luggage be left in site?: For security reasons,all luggage must be taken with customer should they wish to leave lounge even if they plan to return
• Flight Announcements: It is the customers responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.
• Facilities: TV, Newspapers and Magazines.

• Facilities for Disabled/Wheelchair: This Lounge is accessible to wheelchairs There is no disabled toilet - nearest is located in the main terminal.
• Food & Beverage Arrangements: Comp snacks (biscuits/crisps), coffee, tea,soft & alcoholic drinks available in lounge. There is a charge for champagne.
• Errata: This booking is for the Servisair Lounge and NOT the 4Deck Lounge.
