Cancellation Policy

The passenger may cancel the booking at any time providing that the person who made the booking communicates the cancellation to the Where2Guv (our service providers), ‘Customer Service’ located on the web site. Since costs are incurred in cancelling bookings, the following Refund section outlines the charges that we will be applied, based on the day written cancellation is received.

Where2Guv provides website assistance under ‘Customer Service’ and ‘Contact’ to assist passengers in the cancellation of reservations. Due to the nature of the service provided by Where2Guv, passengers must endeavour to notify as early as possible of a cancellation to avoid cost and expense to all parties involved.

All rights of cancellation, alteration and the accompanying charges, in these conditions are subject to any limitations and charges imposed by the Where2Guv supplier and Where2Guv reserve the right to limit the terms of such conditions and/or raise the charges specified in accordance with Where2Guv suppliers' terms and conditions and to pass on to the passenger any costs imposed in respect of any alteration or cancellation made by the passenger.

Failure to supply the correct credit or debit card billing address information may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please ensure that the billing address details you give match those on the billing statement.

When canceling a booking you must inform Where2Guv and the Taxi Fleet Partner of the cancellation either:

  • by email to Customer Service or
  • by telephoning customer services on 0871 434 8902 or
  • by contact the taxi fleets direct telephone number.

Unless otherwise and specifically instructed the cancellation of an outward journey will automatically cancel the return journey where a return journey was reserved as part of the same booking.

When an airport pick up is required and the flight number is known, then the taxi fleets monitor flight arrivals and will alert the taxi driver of any delays accordingly.

In the case of train station pick-ups the passenger must contact the taxi fleet on telephone number provided to inform them of known delays and allowances will be made accordingly.
