Pricing Policy

The minimum fare for this service is £15.00.

All prices are structured around the regional Local Authority pricing. These prices are subject to change according to the time of day, 23.00 pm to 07.00 am, Sundays, Bank Holidays and the Christmas holiday period including New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Prices are automatically calculated via the booking form from the postcodes entered for the pick up address and destination. If full postcodes are not entered, a 5% levy is added to the price. If the destination postcode is not entered, the price will not be calculated. This will always be a 'Cash' booking where the driver will collect the payment.

Prices include:

• From the correct pick up point to the correct destination entered only.
• From the pick up time entered only. (When entering a pick up time, the passenger must ensure to leave adequate time to reach the destination and in the case of airports, to accommodate check-in time requirements).
• The number of passengers specified only.
• Meet and greet service when the pick up point is an airport to a maximum of 45 minutes waiting time.
• Return journey if stated.

Prices do not include:

• Waiting time, with the exception of the meet and greet service.
• Detours from the journey entered.
• Excess passengers and luggage.
• Fouling of vehicles.
• Congestion charges.
• Parking costs.
• Any other road charges.
• Tips for the driver.

Additional charges incurred for the above items must be settled directly with the driver.

When the pay 'Cash' option is chosen and the booking is more than 60 days in advance, the price calculated may be subject to change if the local licensing authority of the pick up address entered, increases its fares.
