This beautiful and captivating land is probably the worlds oldest recorded holiday destination. In the fifth century BC Herodotus wrote of Egypt that, 'No where are there so many marvellous things nor in the world besides are to be seen so many things of unspeakable greatness.'

For thousands of years Egypt, has been the playground of emperors and kings, to day's Egypt is a destination that anyone can enjoy, with a diversity that neither emperors nor kings could have ever imagined.

For sports enthusiasts there is plenty to choose from such as Red Sea scuba diving, desert trekking, hot air ballooning, windsurfing, paragliding and water-skiing to name a few. Visas are required for all visitors to Egypt. For British passport holders, these can be obtained from the Egyptian Embassy in London or locally on your arrival for £15 UK sterling per person. Traveller's cheques and Egyptian currency are not accepted. Non British passport holders should check with the Egyptian Embassy in London prior to travelling
