The majority of our bouquets are hand-tied, so that they can be put straight into a vase without any further arrangement. The stems are wrapped in a special water-retaining material, ensuring the flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition. The bouquet itself is specially gift wrapped to provide the very best presentation.

We enclose a card with each delivery stating the following care information:

• Fill a clean vase with fresh cold water and the correct amount of the enclosed flower food.
• After removing packaging, cut approx. 3cm from the stem ends at an angle, preferably with a sharp knife.
• Remove all leaves that will be below water level.
• Check the water level daily; replace with fresh water and more flower food if necessary.
• Placing the flowers in a draught or near any source of heat or ripening fruit may reduce the vase life of your flowers.

NB: If roses should start to wilt at head, re-cut stems and plunge stem ends to depth of 3cm into boiling water for several minutes before returning to vase of deep cold water.
