From March to October millions of people across the world will be tuning in their TV sets to watch the Formula One teams battle it out. To witness the drivers pit their wits, courage, and determination against each circuit and each other, at speeds in excess of 200 mph. But to watch it on TV does little to prepare you for actually being there. Hear the Grand Prix cars passing you and feel the 600+ bhp of each F1 car vibrating every bone in your body.
Take your pick from the glamour of Monaco; Monza, the heart and soul of Formula One; Spa-Francorchamps, a firm favourite amongst the drivers; Silverstone, scene of a fantastic race in 2003; the exotic Kuala Lumpur, or any other of the fifteen race venues on offer. Not to forget the Le Mans 24-Hours race, not strictly a Grand Prix, but too much fun to leave out.
The fun does not stop at the race track. The Formula One show travels to some of Europe’s most interesting cities. Shop til you drop in the boutiques of Milan; indulge in tapas in Barcelona; down a beer in historic Budapest, or simply put on your sunglasses and strut your stuff along the sun-kissed promenades of Monaco – wherever you chose the Grand Prix is the perfect excuse for a break.
