For many people the journey to Magny Cours is as much a part of their trip as the race itself. Driving your own car through France provides many opportunities to stop and savour that famous French cuisine and stock up on a few bottles of a crisp Sancerre or rich Burgundy – and being in central France in July there is a good chance that you’ll be coming back with a tan.
