| Our self-drive option gives you maximum opportunity to meander your way down through France, making scenic and culinary pit stops on the way. Includes 3 nights hotel accommodation.
The journey there: Travel to Dover to catch a reserved mid morning ferry to Calais on Friday 9th July, or, to Folkestone for Eurotunnel. The most direct route will take you south from Calais via Paris. Depending on your chosen hotel and the number of ‘refuelling’ stops, a good run should take around six hours. Your hotel room is reserved for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
At the race: On the Saturday you can choose to relax at your hotel, explore rural France some more, or, visit the circuit to watch the qualifying laps and support events. We recommend an early start to the circuit on Sunday to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the build-up to the race.
The return journey: After checkout on Monday morning you can enjoy a leisurely drive back up through France, ensuring you leave time to stock-up on wine before catching your reserved early evening ferry or Eurotunnel crossing.
