The Interlagos Grand Prix provides the perfect opportunity to take in some of the highlights of colourful Brazil. Our tour includes a visit to the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, with its famous beaches and mountainous backdrop. A trip up the Corcovado mountain provides you with a panoramic view from under the statue of Christ. It also includes the awe inspiring Foz Do Igaussu waterfall, situated at the Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay borders. One of the world’s largest waterfalls, differing views of Iguassu can be gained from the Brazilian and Argentinean sides.
The 2003 Brazilian Grand Prix was highly eventful - tyre confusion and heavy rain produced several incidents, including the one that brought an early finish to Schumacher’s race. Fisichella triumphed in the end, but only after Raikkonen had first been awarded the win - a quick exchange of trophies at the next race put things right.
