This lush island is 25miles long and half as wide.

Zante town has a great mix of interests from good shopping options to plenty of bars and taverns, a lively harbour a couple of interesting museums and a cathedral.

Excellent beaches with safe swimming abound as dose all kinds of watersports, horse ridding tennis and golf in fact something for all the family young or old .

There are some restrictions on a couple of beaches due to nesting indigenous sea turtles, but you could say this is a added interest rather than a disadvantage of Zante.
