In a perfect sea front position just above the pretty cove beach at Cala Ferrera
near to a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants at this popular end of the
resort. The centre of Cala d'Or itself is 2km away and a regular bus service
operates to all parts of the resort. The beach is less than 200 metres away
reached via a path from the grounds. The apartments are set in well-tended,
sloping gardens with lush shrubbery and tall, shady pines. Paved sun terracing
surrounds the freeform swimming pool and there is also an appealing sun bathing
area on a rocky plateau overlooking the bay. Due to the elevated setting, steps
are an integral part of the grounds. Apartments are on either one or two levels
and are individually furnished by their owners. Each has a kitchenette with hob,
oven and fridge plus open plan lounge-dining rooms with sliding doors out to a
furnished terrace. Bedrooms comprise of three twin rooms (*this is the normal
distribution but can vary, please ask us for details) sharing a bathroom and
