the Mates Clares is of absolutely outstanding quality. The villa has a winding
private drive up from the road leading past Vall d'Or golf course and is perched
on top of the hill with the most glorious of views down towards the sea and
across to the monastery of San Salvador. The villa's main entrance is from the
front terrace leading through to a lofty, tiled reception and to the left is an
archway through to a modern kitchen and to a WC. To the right of the entrance
hall is the lounge with patio doors to the terrace. An arch from the lounge
leads through to a large bathroom with a dressing area, separate shower and
corner bath. Off the main hallway is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and
patio doors to the terrace, a twin bedded room and a further full bathroom. The
upstairs landing provides space for an extra bed (if preferred this can be
placed in the lounge) and a door from here leads out onto two large terraces.
Outside, there is a lawned garden and the spectacular pool and barbecue are
built onto a hillside terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing at a lower
level down a flight of steps.
